Poor Zipper Quality

I actually wanted to send it back but someone in my home washed it. The zipper is of really poor quality and very hard to zip. A real disappointment as we have never had this issue before but it was in both sweatshirts I received in this order so I guess it must have been a problem with the batch. The rest of the sweatshirt is great, as always

My daughter loves her sweat jacket but I find kid’s inventory to be very low.
