Cozy Brown Chicken Hoodie

Cute. However I had been holding onto it for the holidays and when my sister finally opened it a week or two later after it had arrived she found it had a hole in the sleeve. The return policy makes it so even though it’s brand new I can’t return the defective item because we didn’t notice it until she wore it the first or second time. Kind of sad cause I was really excited and waited awhile for the shipping just to get a defective item that I now can’t return. Would like a new one or exchange but seems like it would be impossible or a hassle. Otherwise cute.
