Oversized High Neck Zip Up Sweatshirt

My sweatshirt arrived damaged with stains on it. I proceeded to message baby phat a total of 6 times to return the damaged item and to receive a refund because that is how a business should operate correct?baby phat customer service did not respond to me, not even once. I'm so dissatisfied 😒 and will never return. My only hope is someone there cares enough to try to make this right.
