Sizing is terrible

Let me be clear- this review has NOTHING to do with the service provided by the company. The product; however, was terrible. I wear an 8.5/9. I ordered up like all the reviews said of this brand but still my foot was so scrunched up in this boot. It was terrible. I opted for a return and the return process was simple and quick. Absolutely NO complaints about ordering from the company merely the product not meeting my sizing expectations.
