after a few days of wearing the ring, the silver started to chip off and show a copper color underneath

The item was supposed to arrive in 3-7 days but it ended up taking 21 whole days, making it too late to gift for Christmas. It also did not arrive in a premium box as stated and just came in bubble wrap. The item itself seems quite nice and I like the little details on it.

Color goes off after 1 day of wearing. Since I can't reply to replies, I am writing it here. I have reached out to you on both platforms before and I didn't get any response. Now I did it again and I hope you will response to that
