Items missing from my order

I love the products themselves and the Pipette brand in general. However, I was frustrated that two of the items were missing from my original order. I reside in Canada, I love the Pipette brand so much that I was willing to pay extra shipping and cross border duties through a third-party shipper just to obtain the product. I voluntarily paid these additional costs through a third party shipper, however, I expected all the correct items to be included in the order. I was disappointed to see that two items were missing in my order due to an error from Pipette. It was frustrating that all I was offered to compensate was either a refund for the two items or a replacement, given that I had already paid shipping and Canadian duties on items that were not at all included in the package. I am a loyal Pipette customer, and the way this was handled was very disappointing.
