Quality!

More of a technical presentation than a general history, it was well worth the purchase and I would recommend it to anyone interested in D-Day and the following Normandy campaign.

Wide ranging book covering many aspects and preparation not widely discussed elsewhere

Not completed it yet but surprised by the amount of information about D-DAY preparations that was new to me - lots of details about radar and the use of modified LST as fighter control centres - looking forward to reading the rest - recommended
