My third bottle it refines, hydrates, brightens. This helped with newer PIH rather than older discolouration in my case. It's light and layers well for hydration in my Summer morning routine ( 4 layers) alongside the essence. Due to skin problems I didn't get the same results I had in previous years with this product.

Worked exactly how i wanted it

This is what i wanted a brightening toner with water feeling that is not heavy and that i can layer with other toner products. I have started to notice some clearing in my face within one week of use. just surprised this product is underrated and very little review has been given on it. i would say you need what works for you and not what is popular.
