3.5″ Paring Knife

For $35 its better than great!!!! But....having purchased it online I was not able to check it out in hand. I will be reshaping and refining the blade and the handle to my liking. I would be happy to share the results with you if you like.

I like the knife it seems like it’s very high-quality very sharp. The only thing I didn’t notice is on the top of the handle the metal from the blade sticks up just a little bit. It’s a little sharp, so I sanded it down and everything’s fine.

The knife is terrific. However from a business point of view you over do the packaging.
