Great scooter!

My scooter accidentally fell sideways when I was setting it up to ride, it's over 100 lb So the damage the aesthetics was quite significant but no worries segway's got your back with the same parts so you can replace yourself for a low price which is so awesome of them!!! Also the scooter rides amazing! and has Great range and speed When you want it!

Powerful thanks to its two motors, it climbs hills effortlessly, and its performance is spectacular—though, admittedly, it is very heavy. The box arrived in very rough condition, but the scooter itself was in perfect, brand-new condition. Customer service could use a more personal touch, as they do not respond quickly.

Think I got a lemon.

Speed is good. Package was damaged. Inside looked good. Put together and it is a blast fast. But. At only 250 miles. Front brake pad failure. Making sounds from the start. Front suspension developed a squeak. And front motor getting loud under a load. For 3000 bucks I really expected more and am having buyers regret thinking I should’ve went with kaboo wolf or roadrunner. Very disappointing.
