Customer service

Review has more to do with customer service than the product. Had this in my cart and hit order by accident. I immediately tried to cancel my order but couldn’t so I then sent a message to their customer service to cancel the order (all if this occurred within seconds of trying to cancel) Customer service finally contacted me the next day (after my order was shipped) and said they couldn’t help. I found the same backpack on amazon and it was $40 cheaper (including the shipping I paid to Kelty). Yeah, it was my mistake for ACCIDENTALLY hitting accept but they should have contacted me sooner and I feel they could have cancelled my order.

Excellent bag, I like it

It is an excellent bag, I like it. It is well designed regarding compartments and storage spaces but not over engineered with stuff that takes up unnecessary space. The pack is comfortable to wear, stylish but not flashy and appears to be durable. I could use the next larger 40 size, but since it will not fit under all airline seats, it would not considered my personal item, that is why I went with the 30. This backpack and my carryon suitcase maximizes my carryon luggage. If you are looking for a great backpack to be your airline personal item to be stowed under the seat in front of you. This one is the best I have found. As others have mentioned the front pocket has only one, one way zipper, I wish it had two, the two larger zip around openings do have dual zippers, so it is not that big of a deal, but if I could improve one thing it would be that. It also has a waist strap that I don't think I will ever use, but maybe it would be helpful for a long hike with a heavy pack.

No packing slip included! Tried to return and told them yet no reply. Have tried multiple times. Now my return window has closed and I am stuck with an item I don’t want. Of course there’s no number to call, only online chat! Buyer Beware!!!
