Purchased this for my husband as a Christmas present intending it would perfect for casual work wear. The quality of the pull over is excellent . Sadly I ordered the wrong size. When I contacted customer service the agent I spoke with was exceptionally helpful. She walked me through the exchange process, sent a QR code and offered several sites to drop off the return . All went smoothly . The new size is already in transit .

I bought this pullover for my son and he loved it. The material is very soft, the quality is high, and the fit is great. The color is a little different from what he usually wears, which makes it a nice addition to his wardrobe.
