Outer Ear AI Translating Headphones

Love the fit and feel.But I have no idea about using them for translations and no adequate explanation was provided.At this moment I have no understanding of how to use them for that purpose.Or if they are capable of doing multiple languages.So at this point they are just another pair of ear buds.

I never got the translation earphones no matter how many times you said i did. You falsely again gave me regular ear buds over and over. I was told bait and switch,is what you are doing. You even took a picture of what you said you delivered! The box that actually states in red 134 languages was NOT sent here as you tried to indicate and there was supposed to be two orders and I only got one. I've tried several times to get you to straighten out this mess. In my closet sits low grade ear buds with the boxes indicating nothing but regular ear buds. I'm really sick of this situation. Neither of your addresses for email are valid! Unbelievable. This is most unfortunate for me and Been going back and forth for several months until no way to send you anything in communication. You got real nerve asking for a review. And this is low grade from China.

It's very hard to figure out how to turn them on and select the language that you want to have translated, not very good instructions included
