I will start by saying I don’t believe the builder in my community effectively explained or provided resources for the products. After encountering what I thought was a missing part problem I spoke with Corey who helped me understand it all. From the wiring to the fans themselves but beyond that he helped assist me with installation to make sure we were up and running. Many in my community are genuinely confused by our setup I am happy to have Corey’s info to pass along. He kept in constant contact to make sure the install was perfect and when one of the fans had a glitch or wiring issue his installer went and picked up a replacement same day to finish up. I’m so very grateful and will be purchasing two more fans to complete my home as I’m confident now with Corey’s help we can get it all taken care of. Thanks again!
