Carbon Black Scarf

I received my order, but unfortunately I was sent the wrong hijabs. I contacted customer service straight away and initially received a response, so I thought the issue would be resolved. However, after that they stopped replying completely. I’ve now been trying to get this sorted for over a month and have sent multiple follow-up messages without any response. It’s incredibly disappointing to be ignored when all I’m asking is for my order to be corrected. Mistakes can happen, but good customer service is about how those mistakes are handled. Sadly, my experience has been very poor, and I can’t recommend buying from this company based on the lack of communication and support.
