I ordered a size 14 ..but however much I tried I couldn't do the back zip up ..i weigh 9stone 6llbs .I then reordered a size 16 which fitted perfectly. I would say they run small . Customer service is absolutely excellent. They even offered me to send the dress back for a refund .even though I'd had it more than 14 days. Or I could keep the dress with a 15percent refund ..the dress is made well ..material is lovely ..can't thank them enough .
