Storm Purple Scarf

I placed my order on February 7th, and to this day, I have not received the hijabs. I pre-ordered one of them, knowing it would take some time. However, my friend ordered the same hijab after me, and she received her order a week ago. We both live in the same area, so I am confused as to why my order is taking so long. I have tried to contact the seller three times but have not received any response,first and last time ordering from this website tbh and I would definitely work on contacting with your customers
