The shoes are very beautiful. And the engraving is exactly what I asked for. The shoes are just a little big even though I measured and I thought based on my measurements a 7.5 would be perfect or too small. So for a pointed toe shoe like this sizing might run a little big. I wasn’t able to get delivery updates until the day before they arrived so it was a little stressful waiting for them to arrive but at no fault of Eleanor Louise. They were very patient helpful and informative when I had questions. Overall a positive experience.
