Great Customer Service

I was having some trouble initially with the measurements on the POTS. George was very responsive via email and helped me trouble shoot. Turned out I needed a new multimeter. Once I got the new meter, I found that all POTS were not only within the 10% tolerance, all were within 4%. I also ordered several other items from ToneShaper and will certainly continue to shop with them in the future.
