Audien Atom X OTC Hearing Aids

I am totally impressed with the hearing aids and the exceptional customer support. When I purchased, it came with a complementary appointment with them to go over everything about the hearing aids and how they work and what to do, with tips. I purchased the Audien plan for a year at a minimal cost. With that it provides a discount if you should lose the product, but it also comes with follow up appointments. My second appointment was today, 15 days after my first one. And I am scheduled for another in 60 days. They check and see how things are going, if you have any questions or concerns. They also have a customer support phone line to call in between if you need. I highly recommend these.

Orders this online, due to them offering about $75 discount. It was supposed to tak 2-3 days for delivery. It took 5 days. After less than a week of ise, the left heari g aid keeps turnong off. O contacted them and they taught me how to perform a factory reset. After that, the roght one has started to turn off. Im waiting to speak to a human, so they can authorize a return/refund. We will see how much a process this will prove to be.

Not satisfied at all. Would like to return and get my money back
