You never know how good service is until something goes wrong. I purchased a watch strap from Halifax Watch online. Delivery became a problem due to a courier who was backlogged as a result of a postal strike. Josh from Halifax was always attentive to my concerns and inquiries throughout this issue - often returning my emails within minutes or even calling me. I felt like they cared despite my purchase being rather small. As a result I feel like I know the team at Halifax Watch and that they know me personally. Oh, and the watch strap is great.
