Love Opa’s Meats

Nine years ago I stopped at a store along the interstate in West, Texas, and was introduced to two new things. Kolaches and Opa’s Jalapeño Cheddar Summer Sausage. It is by far the best summer sausage I’ve ever had, as are all of their other meat products. Unfortunately, Opa’s products are not available in stores in Virginia where we live, so having them shipped is what I must do. If you’ve never had Opa’s JCSS, I highly recommend you do. It is perfect!
