I hate these couches I wish I would've got another style. After 2 weeks of receiving them there's small little threads hanging everywhere they collect A LOT of fabric balls it's so annoying. Another thing is the cushions are made with feathers so they constantly poke and come out it sucks because we have not had these couches long and I already want to get new ones

At the showroom, the gentleman that was there was extremely helpful and very informative. The delivery process went smoothly and I would definitely buy from them agai. I also love the beautiful piece I bought for my living room. It's a quality product that is also very comfortable!
