Review for the shade "On Cloud 9"

A bright sparkly blue - lovely. The color is a kind of Pacific Ocean blue color, with no blackish base, which I do like; in fact, it has the blue hue as the base. Easy to make fine or thicker lines and makes for a lovely pop. If you pat it down to be diffused eyeshadow, over skin tone, the blue base color gets patted out while the sparkles, which seem to be also pinkish-iridescent in addition to baby blue sparkles, sit on top. I do like how this formula is versatile and you can use it as a precise, opaque glimmering liner or turn it into a sparkly eyeshadow.

The colors are beautiful and their liners don’t budge. I tested it on my hand the day that I got them and they didn’t move when I tried to rub them off but they came off nicely with a makeup remover wipe.

Very pretty color

Not great in terms of helping shape eyes as it’s so light/bright and hard to put on precisely, but very pretty color.
