To my surprise the box the kit came in was a rugid beautifully built pine box. The shaving soap was also a nice suprise it came in a big tin the soap scent was very nice an it made a nice thick smooth lather. The strope altho it was a diffrent color than whats avertised in the kit was very nice with 2 nice brushed brass rings and clasps used for hanging your strope up.The wax tin for thew strope was also very nice with plenty of wax in it. The brush was also a diffrent color than avertised in the kits pitcure. The brush looked beautiful as well but when I used it the hairs keep comming out of it and were all over my face and getting in the way of my shave. I used it 2 times and hairs keep comming out of it so I had to use one that I allready had. The Straight Razer was also packaged nicely. Opening it i noticed that was wrapped in a small bad and litly coverd with a oil. im assuming that this was for rust protection or part of the sharping process. The handle i was a little disapointed in it wasent a pollised finnish aluminum and it was ruff looking aluminum.The blade was not sharp enough even after i stroped it several times. So their was a number in the box to text if it wasent sharp so Texted it and someone got back to me rather quickly and sent me a shipping lable to send it back so they can rehone it. They also offered my a free shevette razor while i wated. I will update this review when i get my razor back and see how sharp it is.
