Ordered my boots, i had a couple questions. They called me directly and answered me right away. They Found a pair on the shelf and sent them. Great product, comfort and fit are perfect. Took them on a quick 10 mile hike and they felt like they were already broke in. Waterproof is great also. Had to get across a flooded area in the trail and had no problems with moisture. Perfect boots, well made.
