Love this thing
Wife did not want to give up the speed and temp of gas and I assured her we wouldn’t be. Should could not be happier! Constantly using both sides. Two different meats at different temps, sides and smoking at the same time. So versatile. My only wish was that the direct side was a tad wider. You can touch a wall with your arm if not careful. But this thing is great.

Great grill so far
I've just started using it and have cooked steaks and burgers that turned out awesome on the grill side. Smoking ribs and a whole chicken this weekend. We'll see how it goes. Assembly was fairly easy but its a big grill so have a helper.

This is my second recteq. I loved my first one and the customer service I received when it was damaged by a storm was so impressive that I vowed to never buy a pellet grill from anyone else. I have had my new DualFire 1200 for about 3 weeks and have done about 15 cooks and it has exceeded my expectations. I got the smokebox with it and the salmon smoked cheese are addictive. You have sold 8 or 9 additional units to my friends and family based on my enthusiastic recomendations and demonstrations of your products.
