Great product. No assembly instructions, used online photos to put it together. Instructions say to heat to 650° which we can't do on the bullseye unless you go riot and monitor the temp. Eager to get started!

Does a fantastic job. Wish there was a steel option to cook hotter, but does a phenomenal job at 500°!
