Lion's Mane Mushroom Extract Powder

This is working for me.

I’ve only been using this product about a week, so it’s difficult to determine if there has been a significant improvement. I do think subtle improvements are happening. I put a spoonful of this and the sacred seven mushroom powder in my morning coffee every day and make a full fat coffee latte, with a bit of high quality vanilla. I have a mentally intensive work role, and I’m approaching 50. I’ve started taking these based on research that I’ve read and on reporting that’s indicated Naturealm is the highest quality because they use the fruiting bodies for their products. I will continue to use the product for at least three months before I decide one way or the other about effectiveness. So far, I am very happy with the product.
