Keto Friendly and Delicious

This tahini is an absolute staple in my house. I am on a keto for cancer diet (22.5g net carbs/day) and this tahini makes a brilliant substitute for higher carb nut butters in recipes. Another favourite is a lemon tahini sauce (or dressing if diluted more). It makes a serious difference to me! I can’t do without it!

Game changer

This has changed my approach to hummus all together. I was a bit skeptical that this although healthier and pure may jeopardise the authentic hummus flavour. However, the taste is absolutely amazing and gives great results. One thing I noticed that I need to add less of Yumello tahini to the amount of chickpeas which means more savings on the longer term. Probably because there are no additives like other brands that forces you to add more to get the right flavour but you are also adding junk.
