The Fireboard has a Bug and is being replaced by the MFG

I haven't uses my fireboard yet because it got into a resetting loop which requires Fireboard to replace it. I am so upset by this but it was a software bug. I will receive my replace on April 17th. Their customer service was fantastic and I am excited to use it.
