I used this in a white chocolate dragonfruit ganache, and it was delicious. I used it in combination with dragon fruit powder, and it really complimented the flavor.

The pineapple is possibly the worst-tasting one that is almost impossible for me to use. But, the coconut tastes quite similar to coconuts and I like to use it when cooking curries.
