Failed to live up to marketing claims

600m of Rome cobblestone under full load is all that it took for the bearings on the wheels to overheat and start to grab, i.e. stop rolling. We’re 2 weeks into a 6 week tour of Europe and this is not good for us. Tourists with much cheaper plastic wheeled cases we’re nosily but effortlessly strolling past us as we struggled.
