Great Matcha Whisk & Customer Service

The whisk packaging first arrived broken, when I contacted customer service they were super quick to remedy the situation. They sent a new whisk, that arrived promptly. The whisk itself is perfect for my daily matcha uses and I love that it has straight bristles instead of the curled tines in the center!

I had a hard time finding a matcha whisk that didn’t have curled bristles at the bottom, but this one is perfect! The craftsmanship is excellent, and it makes whisking matcha so much smoother. I’m really happy with this purchase — exactly what I was looking for
