I recently ran into an unusually spicy batch of Mild & Spicy and reached out to customer service to see what could be done. Being that I had obviously opened up 1 of 4 bags that I purchased, I was looking for them to swap out the remaining 3 that was unopened with a new batch. To my surprise they emailed me and told me that were swapping out all 4 bags and also told me to keep the other 3 of the original order and suggested I give them away as presents. Needless to say their product is delicious, but their stellar customer service is what will keep me as a loyal customer moving forward.

Spicier than before!

I have been buying from Brisket Chip for almost a year now and for some reason the chips have been getting spicier and spicier. I used to order mild and medium, but now medium is inedible and mild is starting to creep up. I like a little kick, but why change the recipe for each batch?
