received a last minute request for brisket for good friend's birthday. needed a beautiful top quality fresh, non-frozen brisket in a couple of days in time to prep season and smoke. Aaron Franklin's recommendation of Creekstone's brisket was Spot on. delivered on time, in perfect condition and produced an absolutely amazing brisket from my Oklahoma Joe smoker. thank you!

Brisket was Exceptional Juicy & Tender from High marbling which led to a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Intense Beef Flavor in addition to favorful crust. Cook time is reduced with Wagu by 15 %.

Incredible marbling, minimal trimming

This brisket was the best I've made so far. Heads up though: it cooked WAY faster than I expected. Took only about 10 hours (unwrapped) at 225F on my pellet grill to be probe tender throughout (around 204F internal). The flat was unbelievably tender and moist, and the point turned out incredible as well.
