The brisket that makes others look like Costco choice

I’ve ordered from snake river farms for a few years buddy told me to try this brisket. Long story short I will not be ordering from snake river anymore :)

American Wagyu a big fail

Unfortunately, I was left very disappointed with the 12-14 pound "American Wagyu" brisket I ordered. In addition to the Prime brisket I also ordered with it that arrived warmer to the touch (to their credit, Creekstone immediately overnighted me another one), I did not have an overall good experience this time around. As someone who has cooked a LOT of briskets from Creekstone in the past, from Costco, and other online purveyors (ex: Snake River and 44 Farms), this American Wagyu brisket had no better marbling than an upper two third Choice. I was very disappointed in the lack of intramuscular fat and the flat was very thin. I will not be ordering this specific product again.

a great brisket

received a last minute request for brisket for good friend's birthday. needed a beautiful top quality fresh, non-frozen brisket in a couple of days in time to prep season and smoke. Aaron Franklin's recommendation of Creekstone's brisket was Spot on. delivered on time, in perfect condition and produced an absolutely amazing brisket from my Oklahoma Joe smoker. thank you!
