47" 53" Roof Rack Cross Bar -PRO (301W Series)

Defective clamp

In November 2025 I purchased the 301 53" Cross Bars for my Telluride. Tried to install the crossbars today, July 10, 2026. One of the clamps would not secure to the raised rail, rendering the Cross Bar useless. Every time I tightened the bolt, the clamp popped off the rail. I contacted TooEnjoy to seek a remedy since I am outside the 30-day return policy, but still under the 2-year warranty. I am waiting for a reply.

The tooenjoy cross bar were amazing looking solid built but they would not fit my vehicle the company was amazing in helping with return thank you tooenjoy!

Good product but wish it was little more simple and more detailed installation instructions
