Good Priduct/Disappointed in Shipping Process

The skates themselves are quality and my niece enjoys the look of them and using them. The reason that the purchase was made directly from the Roller Derby website, and not Amazon, is because Amazon has a history of shipping products without exterior packaging and adhering a shipping label directly on the product’s box. Roller Derby did the same which risks damage to an item and ruins the presentation of a gift when the label is removed. It also allows package handlers to know exactly what is being shipped. Again, god product but that is overshadowed by the experience by the disappointing shipping practices.

Pink Skates!

I ordered these for my daughter as she loves pink, and she instantly fell in love with the skates. The skates are easily adjustable - comfortable - and are a perfect match for her. Great product!
