Ethiopia Guji Single Origin

Not What I Ordered!

I’ve had wonderful experiences with Foxtail Coffee Co. before. However, they are opening a new cafe in my area so I decided to order a bag of coffee online. The coffee I ordered (Guji Ethiopia) came about a week later, but was not the coffee flavor profile that I ordered. According to their website this coffee had floral fruity notes to it. The coffee I received has flavor notes of Raisin, Cocoa, and Cedar. Completely different from what I expected! I emailed their customer support 4 days ago, and still haven’t heard from them regarding this. I get that there may have been a mistake or that they are now offering this type of Guji instead of what’s online. I just wish I had been notified about it.

The best of the best! I have been buying my beans here for years and don't plan on changing, ever!
