I think this was better for a newer NICU nurse but wasn’t in depth enough for an experienced one. Also kinda lacking for a high price point. I don’t feel like I got enough for the price paid. I did love the badge buddy cards though!

This is the perfect book for anyone on any level in the NICU! I’m going to use this as a visual aide for my orientees!
