Great shirt...customer service non-existent

The quality of the shirt is great but I had difficulty with customer service on this one. Basically, there is no customer service. No telephone number just an email that nobody responded to. In the end, I ended up paying for shipping even though it was over the required amount and I could not delete that charge for free returns, which I don't need so I'm disappointed I paid extra but still really wanted the shirt. The experience may prevent me from ordering again.
