EM05 NL Trackball Ergonomic Vertical Mouse

Phenomenal positioning and ergonomics for my hand and wrist. Well worth the price.

I switched from the Logitech Business trackball, which I use more than 40 hours per week. While the Logitech device has a heavier, more substantial feel, 1 experienced the same failure point on two separate units. The angle of the Logitech design does not sufficiently offload weight from the right-click button when it's not in use, which appears to cause premature wear over time. By contrast, the angle of the EM05 is ideal and effectively removes pressure from the right-click button. The only reason for the reduced rating is the lighter overall weight, which is a personal preference rather than a functional flaw.

This style of mouse is my favorite, and when I needed a new one I decided to go with something different than the usual Kensington model I've gone with in the past. Overall the most is fine, but the ball requires much more frequent cleaning than other models I've used, and it isn't always smooth with older games.
