Black ZZ

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I bought this ZZ plant just three weeks ago, and despite following all the proper care instructions—including watering correctly, keeping it in bright indirect light, and providing the right conditions—it has continued to decline. The leaves have turned pale, the tips are browning, and several leaves have already died. What makes this even more frustrating is that the plant comes with a 3-month warranty. A healthy ZZ plant should not deteriorate this quickly when it has been properly cared for. I expected much better quality from this store. I purchased this plant because I trusted the quality of their products, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing. I hope they honor their warranty and take a closer look at the condition of the plants they sell so other customers don’t have the same experience. I definitely expected better

Planti is dying from over watering adter a little over 2 months. Am sending pictures to you aski f for a replacement or a redund

This is plant looks very striking. It arrived well packaged with a heat pack so it did not get too cold. The pot is about 5.5” tall and very pretty. The plant is about 6” tall and looks great after a week.
