Engraved Date Bar Necklace

It is a beautiful necklace and a great simple gift for friends or relatives. Other than the inconvenience with delivery I was very with my purchase

I placed my order on 20/10/2023, expressed postage. After the 14 day maximum turn over I started to get worried, so I emailed several times, messages through their website, messaged on Instagram and heard nothing. I finally heard back once a few weeks later saying my order was being expedited and then another 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing. I finally received my order on THE 4th of DECEMBER. And one of my customised necklaces was not straight. I of course messaged, and of course have heard nothing back. I have had nothing but trouble this whole experience. I DO NOT recommend
