PinPal Pins

Great tool belt setup. I use this as a gift for my friends. Not just for professionals, but great for dads with a small projects.

The universal pin pals I received are different than those pictured, at first I didn't mind but there appears to be a functional difference. The pin on mine isn't the gray color, it is silver, I do have one that is gray from a separate purchase. The silver finish version squeaks constantly when holstered, the gray version does not. I sent feedback and haven't heard any response.

I ordered a dewalt setup, the clip wasnt contouring the tool and battery well, it rode way too far out causing a few issues for me and my setup. I tried rebending the shape to contour closer to the tool and battery, all I needed was maybe 3/32 +/- closer, to work adequately for me. it broke like right away trying to rebend it; metal too brittle, so a big waste of time and resource for something that doesnt work for me. its an outstanding idea as dropping tools at height is a major concern.
