Good customer service but slow shipping
I requested an exchange via email. The customer service was helpful. They helped me hold the pair of shoes I wanted so they don't sell out when I returned my first pair. But the shipping is slow compared to other shoe brands. I wish shipping is from US instead of from China. Have to wait too long for the beautiful shoes!
