Fixture S1 & S2 Mounts

The product is great. Good quality. Fast shipping. My only issue is with customer service. I ordered the incorrect model the only to ask for a refund is via email. Requested the refund twice and never any response from customer. By the way the mount is so good that I ordered the correct model even though no one from the company has contacted me. The one star si for the issue with the refund. The actual product is easily 5 stars.

This is a handy item to have for someone who has physical difficulty with using the JoyCons, but the screen and the pro controller are difficult to remove from the mount. As other reviews have mentioned, it is weighty, but it wasn’t so heavy that I felt I was going to drop it. The fit is extremely secure and the case is high quality, but you’ll probably want to rest the mount on your lap after about 30 minutes. Overall, I will keep this as it does make gaming on the go more comfortable and has a nice carrying case with an accessible design. However, as someone who was impressed by how versatile the Switch is, I’m disappointed that this mount makes getting back into dock or tabletop mode once I get home so frustrating. Some small release buttons on the back like the JoyCons have would be excellent for sliding the screen out, and a tapered design for the front forks instead of a sharp, pointed one would make it easier to both remove and install the controller.
