Needed some help

I recently needed some help from the ecoflow team for a cowel and ducting for my wave 2. They were very helpful at every step and were keen to ensure it arrived and worked to my satisfaction. Good work team.

Great little product! Cooled the back of my troopy down to a comfortable temp in midday sun, 35 degrees in the shade. I have insulated the windows and ceiling to make its job easier. Insulating the exhaust ducting will be beneficial too. Happy with the purchase!
