Never got the product

I was genuinely excited to try this product, but unfortunately I never had the chance because it never arrived. The shipping company delivered the wrong package, and despite multiple attempts, I wasn’t able to get the issue resolved. Because I never received my original order, I can’t justify purchasing it a second time just to try it. It’s a disappointing experience, especially given the cost of the product and how excited I was to receive it. I can’t comment on the quality of the product itself, only on my purchasing experience, which unfortunately was very frustrating.
