Oatmeal & White Marble Mug

The mug is a beautiful design and I’ve mastered the art of using it for my morning coffee - thumb in the hole and cradle the mug in the palm of your hand! Very cosy and comfortable. The mug does wobble slightly when sitting on a surface. I had to renew one of my pet bowls in the sage colour - I broke it. The bowl is a different design as before but definitely for the better. However, it has lots of blue showing in the base. I’m a regular buyer from independent potters and fully understand the nature of handmade. I did message HHS on Instagram and got a reply saying they will send out a new bowl. Customer service has been good up until now though I’m still waiting for confirmation of delivery. I don't think I would buy from HHS again!
